Consultancy Services for the preparation of a Baseline Survey for the Second Rural Access and Mobility Project in Adamawa, Enugu, Niger and Osun States of Nigeria, French Development Agency (2012)
The objective of this study was to collect data from 4,000 respondents and determine the socio-economic baseline for at least 20 rural roads to be rehabilitated under RAMP 2 (treatment group) as well as 20 rural roads that will not be intervened (control group) with a view to assess the impacts of rural roads project investment and operations at household and community levels on agricultural productivity and access to agricultural inputs as well as social services.
Mbani designed the survey and the survey instrument, recruited and trained enumerators and quantitative researchers, collected and analyzed data and trained RAMP staff on data collection and analysis.
