Consultancy Services for the Conduct of Follow-on and Endline Surveys under the Second Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAMP 2) in Adamawa, Enugu, Niger and Osun States in Nigeria, French Development Agency and World Bank (2019)

Working under two separate contracts, this survey collected data from 8,000+ respondents, including project beneficiaries and members of a control group, to estimate the impact of the $300m RAMP 2. 

The project teams collected and analysed data, measuring improvements in sampled beneficiary households and communities against the counterfactual to establish project gains in income, transportation costs, access to markets, access to social services, and other relevant variables.
